The protective paper thing that i think is supposed to protect the figure from getting scratches is completly stuck inbetween the head and neck. It even ripped inton two while i tried to get it off and now it just got harded to grip. The head isnt supposed to get off.. idk what to do... (Figure is alear fire emblem scale)
