Kicked out at 16, I never really learned how to cook big meals for supper. So this is my first attempt at making a spaghetti sauce! Italian sausage, red peppers, garlic, carrot, celery, mushrooms, some spices… oh, and 5 lbs of beef. I even bought a pot just for the occasion. ????????
