Serious Eats recipe. I really liked this recipe. Not dry and crumbly, not sweet, nothing like the Irish soda bread you get around St. Patrick's Day from the grocery store. The buttermilk flavor is great (I had powder which I didn't whisk enough, so there are a few brown pockets in the bread but it tastes fine). I'd make this again.
