Was craving cheesy garlic bread, so I had some sectioned bread & decided to utilize it. Took 4 sections, sliced it in half (made 8 pieces), & mixed melted butter w/ chopped garlic, dried oregano, parsley, cracked black pepper/light salt & fresh grated Saputo mozzarella. Once cooked, topped it w/ oregano & parsley. First time making this & it tasted delicious! But, I would use a less dense bread. Technically it wasn't 100% homemade, but it was home fresh, that's why I said homemade in the caption. Don't come for me ????
