Hey everyone! (Sorry if this is a wrong place for this) This is what happens to me whenever i try to driveby everytime!! As you can see in the video, the scope lines are like vibrating but whenever I shoot the shots go in the middle where the lines would normally be without shaking so bad..

Even on a straight road driving in a straight line, this happens I am always unable to hit most of my shots because of this.

Little about my system: I have a pretty low end laptop which fetches me decent 60-90 fps in normals (1% and 0.1% lows are around 18-40) and around 45-70 fps in ranked (% lows are around 10-30). (Ryzen 7 4800h, 16gb ram 3200 mhz, rtx 3050ti 4gb, Windows 10) Done pretty much many optimizations and stuff.

My ping stays around 60-70 which 0 packet loss always no such issues with that.

Still don't know why this is happening or is this a glitch or something, please help!
