Here you can see my fps dropping to 30 fps in no time.

How do I fix this? I know there are already several posts before mine with the same problem, but reading them doesn't solve the problem.

I have Directx 11.

My game had ~120 fps before this bug occurred.

I reinstalled the game.

I checked the Nvidia control panel.

I installed CPUID HWMonitor, but that didn't help.

I tried the lowest quality settings.

Vsync is turned off.

And as I said, before this bug, I had no problems at all, until after the update earlier this week.
