This all stems to this company buying all the apartments in the neighborhood but ours is privately owned and she will not sell it. The man buying up the property walked up to me months ago and asked who the owner was and got mad when I didn’t say(I didn’t say because he already knew, it was weird for him to ask). Since then our building has been getting the smallest code violations while his property beside us has had the basement backed up with sewage until one of the residents had to call the city themselves. It’s fucked up we are nothing but inconveniences to some fucker in California who just looks at our Kentucky neighborhood on a map and sees profit. Entire time his properties are in disrepair. Also the apartments he bought had their rent raised $400, hey but at least he paid for the granite vinyl lol.
