Sorry for the bad quality. Guy was shot in the abdomen but is okay. I actually know the two that was arrested for it. One used to ride my dads bus when he was younger and would always scream at my dad if he had to hit the breaks and started fights often. The one that shot is a friend of mine’s boyfriend. He wasn’t too nice in high school either.
