I’ve been meaning to make this for myself, but the cocktail chart reminded me to!

Trinidad sour

- 1.5oz Angostura bitters

- 0.5oz Rye whiskey

- 1.5oz Orgeat

- 1oz Lemon juice

Shake all ingredients together with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

It’s a really intense cocktail, but it definitely highlights the complexity of the angostura while also giving a velvety texture.
