6cl buffalo trace 2cl simple syrup 3cl lemon juice Egg white

Pour all ingredients inte shaker. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Float the wine on top.

Clarification. I did this the day before, cause i did not know how long it would take. Took me about 1 and a half hours. Mixed the drink exept egg white and red wine. Poured it over 4cl milk 3%fat. Let it rest for about 5-10 min. Then poured it into a coffie filter. Take the first liquid you get and pour it back, cause it can be a bit cloudy. And let it drip until done.
