Day 3: Calvados Pantheon
| Reposting b/c I didn’t copy over the shaken/strained info. I had discovered & made this with scotch in the past month, so decided I’d like to try a Calvados variation. Also excellent! I think it’d be even better with the cider syrup I forgot I had. 1.5oz Calvados 0.5 oz Benedictine 0.5oz lemon juice barspoon of 5 spiced syrup (homemade) Shake with one oversized cube for 15sec, strain.
