Made a ghost pepper tincture about a year ago by infusing everclear with chopped ghost peppers and then filtering. Haven’t used it in a while, but I recall it being pretty clear. Now there’s sediment that floats around once agitated. Any ideas on what can it be? Is it safe to consume?
