3/4 oz Skrewball peanut butter whiskey 3/4 oz Aperol 3/4 oz Amaro Montenegro 3/4 oz Lemon juice

Sooooo I was trying to make a Paper Plane and all we had for whiskey was Screwball peanut butter whiskey. Decided whatever, it’s the night before Thanksgiving, I’ll give it a shot, it’s actually excellent.

The name is a play on George Washington Carver, the Tuskegee professor who helped popularize peanut butter.
