A couple years ago I did a gin tasting at this hotel in southern Germany, before we moved to a private room we mingled and I ordered a martini at the hotel bar and it was the best I’ve ever had, I’ve been chasing a martini like this ever since.

Thing is, I have no idea what’s in it. I just remember it being a really good PLAIN gin martini. It was slightly sweet and a noticeably viscous mouthfeel but not syrupy just slight thick, as if I were drinking heavy water. No burn whatsoever. As a matter of fact all the martinis I had in this town were incredible, the dive bar down the road where we did karaoke had a killer cucumber martini I would exclusively order bc it was so good.

I just want to know what booze I need to buy to have this again.
