I don’t have a name for it yet other than wino.

2oz (60ml) gin

.5oz (15ml) extra dry vermouth

.25oz (7.5ml) white sweet vermouth

.25oz sweet vermouth, perf Dolin

Six drops of orange blossom water

Add ingredients to a mixing glass and an orange peel and regal stir for forty five seconds to a minute.

Strain into a chilled couple or nick and Nora with a side car

If desired, add a twist of orange afterwards

I like using orange blossom water to help brighten drinks where it may taste very sweet for my palate.
