I’ve been playing around with Mai Tais recently. I like them, but I don’t think I’ve gotten the same wow factor from mine that I’ve heard others gush about. In the comments below, I’ll list some of the recipes I’ve done and I would be greatly appreciative of any advice on rums, technique, etc.
