1.5 oz Planteray 3 star .75 oz Lemon juice 1 dash orange bitters .5 oz semi-rich simple syrup Absinthe rinse (sprayed with an atomizer) Fresh grated nutmeg for garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, except for the absinthe. Shake and strain into a glass sprayed with absinthe. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and enjoy.

What a surprisingly delightful drink. I was skeptical if I would like the nutmeg but it does mix quite well with the aroma of absinthe. Thoroughly enjoyed. Looks like my snow and leaf covered yard right now, so quite festive.
