Our traditional Thanksgiving cocktail. 1.5 oz gin + .75 oz fresh lime juice + .25 oz honey simple syrup + .5 oz Aperol + 1 dash angostura bitters. Shake and fine strain into a coupe. Top off with prosecco and a lime wheel garnish. Happy thanksgiving everyone!
