1 1/2 oz Brandy (used St-Rémy XO)

3/4 oz Campari

3/4 oz Lemon juice

Shake with ice and strain (I forgot to garnish).

Tried this one for the first time today, and it’s pretty interesting. I’m not the biggest fan of St-Rémy XO, but the Campari really brings out the best in it here. It’s quite fruity, not too sour, not too dry. I’d definitely make it again (and maybe even try the combustible version next time).
