We don't usually drink on Monday but....

Hey, it's December 1st so we made an exception (any reason is good!). We went with:

• 1 1/2 oz Remy Martin VSOP
• 3/4 oz Campari
• 3/4 oz Lemon juice (Meyer's)
• 1/3 oz Maple Syrup

Shake with ice, double strain in coupe. Express a lemon peel and garnish with another one.

I really like those drinks that do not taste like their ingredients. This is really different and somehow at the end there's the taste of coffee!

I'm not really proud of my garnish here but Meyer's lemon are really tough to work with peel-wise. But they taste amazing and are a seasonal treat.
