2oz Whisky blend (Toki and Rittenhouse Rye 2:1)

1.5oz Fennel rhubarb cordial (fennel syrup made from fresh fennel bulbs and reduced + freshly juiced rhubarb)

1oz Fresh satsuma juice (Japanese tangerine)

.25oz Fresh lime juice

1 egg white

Shake vigorously with 4-5 large ice cubes, double strain. Garnish with angostura spritz and thinly sliced sweet pickled rhubarb piece.
