This is the Hijos de Borinquen from La Factoria in Old San Juan. I asked the bartender for the ingredients and reverse engineered the specs to be:
- 1 oz Don Q Añejo
- .5 oz Smith & Cross
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .25 oz Apricot Liqueur
- .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- .25 oz Demerara Syrup

My problem is that I want to share this drink with friends but the name is a mouth full... So I want to rename it (only to serve at home, not to sell in a bar and of course I'll still give credit to La Factoria)
