Went with the Trader Vic specs and upped the tequila to 1.5 .

It’s a fine drink. Not terrible but probably won’t go back to it.

Matador (Trader Vic’s)

• ⁠1 oz Tequila (I went 1.5) • ⁠2 oz Pineapple juice • ⁠juice of 1/2 lime (.75 oz lime juice)

Shake well with shaved ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass
