Hi everyone, I’ve been experimenting a lot with alcohol free cocktails because people around me like to drink fancy stuff during the week but don’t want to drink alcohol too often.

This is an alcohol free elderflower twist on the French 75 that I called the « Smokeless Elderflower French 75 »

I like that name although I think it’s a bit too long…

The Elderflower part comes from this pictured alcohol free sparkling wine that is heavily infused with elderflower.

Bonus points : it’s also produced locally in very small batches and very close to where I live.

Recipe is as follows :

• 15ml JNPR n°1

• 30ml chilled water

• 20ml lemon juice

• 2 bar spoons homemade spices syrup (cardamom - cinnamon - star anise - bergamot)

• 80ml Fleurs de Sureau alcohol free sparkling wine

Original French 75 calls for a shake before adding the champagne, here I didn’t want to make too much noise so I went for a stir and added a little bit more chilled water.
