60 ml 100% Agave Blanco Tequila (Tapatio Still Strength 55% abv)

30 ml Dry Vermouth

25 ml fresh Lime Juice

15 ml Sugar Syrup

15 ml Green Chartreuse

2-3 dashes The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into an ice cube filled highball glass. Garnish with a celery stalk.

A nice combo of agave from the Tapatio, herbal aromatics from the Chartreuse and the savory ginger, coriander, bitter celery root from the TBTCB. I’m quite frankly amazed that the bitters are discernible at all with that much Chartreuse in the mix.

The concentrated agave from the higher proof Tapatio also is a big factor in the enjoyment of the cocktail.
