| A reasonably successful attempt at embodying the Indian dessert in cocktail form. Super fragrant thanks to liberally infused saffron and cardarmom gin. Specs below - deliberately on the sweeter side but could be balanced more on the sour side with a dash more lemon. 1 Oz Saffron and cardarmom infused London dry gin 1 Oz London dry gin fat-washed with ghee and mawa/khoya (milk solids) 3/4 Oz rosewater simple syrup Scant 1/4 Oz lemon juice Shake with ice, double strain and garnish with rose petals or saffron strands.
