Let the weekend begin!

I was in the mood for a Paloma today and had some Fever Tree pink grapefruit tonic on hand that I really like in my GTs. I thought, why not try that in place of the grapefruit soda?

It turned out great!

• 2 oz blanco tequila
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 bar spoon agave syrup
• 1 bottle Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Tonic

Pour ingredients into a highball glass with some clear ice, and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel.
