My spec by parts: 1.5 pineapple syrup (1:1 sugar to Dole) .75 lime juice .75 Campari .5 Wray & Neph .5 Planteray Stiggins pineapple 1 Goslings Black Seal

For the milk amount I use 20% of the weight of the batch.

I serve it in 3oz portions with 5 drops of 20% saline solution stirred down over a big rock (like an old-fashioned). I float a bar spoon or Fernet on top to finish it off. It looks pretty great in the Topo bottle so I figured I’d post it.
