| The Pink Lady * 1.5 oz London Dry Gin * 0.5 oz Laird’s Apple Brandy BIB * 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice * 0.5 oz Grenadine * 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1) * 1 Eqq White Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake 15-20 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry (I subbed out for a filthy cherry instead). [link] [comments] |
