25 ml Sloe Gin

25 ml Apricot Liquor

25 ml lime juice

10 ml simple syrup

Shake all with plenty of ice and strain on a sniffer, which has some resemblance, and garnish with a little lime hat.

I went with the Diffords Guide ratios and added a bit of simple because I don't enjoy sour drinks. This really is a delicious drink, sweet, juicy, somehow classy... But too weak for me, I enjoy strong drinks and this is a bit weak for my taste but very glad I tried. Next time I'll make bigger effort with the hat and will find a cane to go with.
