2 oz Domain de Canton 1 oz Vodka 1 oz strawberry puree 1 oz lime juice .5 oz Ginger syrup Mint

Start by boiling sliced ginger and raw sugar in a 1:1 ratio then cool to make ginger simple syrup. Gab a shaker & fill with ice. Add 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz strawberry puree, a .5 oz of ginger syrup, 1 oz of vodka, & 2 oz Domain de Canton. Shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
