Ingredients: • 1.5 oz Hamilton Demerara rum • 0.5 oz dark Jamaican rum • 0.75 oz lime juice • 0.5 oz orange juice • 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to water) • 0.25 oz falernum • 1 dash Angostura bitters • 1 dash allspice dram (optional but traditional)

Garnish: • Three maraschino cherries and a pineapple spear (three dots and a dash)

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed or pebble ice. 2. Whip shake. 3. Pour unstrained into a DOF glass. 4. Top with more crushed ice. 5. Garnish with three cherries and a pineapple spear.
