Honouring my Granddad’s death anniversary by making one of my favourite drinks in a glass from his bar. He was a bartender here in Scotland in the 70s and he left me some glassware from his bar. Today marks 10 years since he passed. El Presidente recipe - 1.5oz Plantation 3 Star, 3/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth, 1/4 oz Dry Curaçao, 1 bar spoon grenadine. Stirred over ice and strained into a family heirloom.
