• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1.5 oz Coconut Cream
• 1.5 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 1/2 oz Doctor Bird Rum

Shake all ingredients with ice and open pour into snifter filled with pebble ice. Grated nutmeg on top. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a slice or wedge of some sort of citrus type fruit. Cheers!
