I was trying to find a way to use my Giffard Piment D'Espelette and it worked fairly well with the Chinola mango. Open to ideas on how else to use it.

Combine in shaker: - 2.25 oz Blanco Tequila - .75 oz Chinola Mango - .25 oz Giffard Piment D'Espelette - 1 oz Lime - .25 agave syrup - 5 drops saline

Shake w ice and pour over large cube or open pour into glass, cheers!
