The Blossom - a rum-elderflower sour
| One of my favorite originals, both in terms of taste and looks. I know it's a lot of ingredients, but honestly I tried with fewer, and this is what's needed to make the elderflower really pop. I actually premix the fiddly bits (so everything except rums, elderflower liquer, lemon, eggwhite) because it's a crowd favorite at my place. Recipe:
Instructions: combine, dry shake, shake with ice, double strain. Garnish: any type of flowers, I use dried hibiscus and rose bud. Notes:
