1.5 oz Tequila Blanco

0.5 oz Aperol

0.5 oz Orgeat

0.5 oz Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients in shaker tin. Shake with ice until chilled. Double strain into rocks glass over one large ice cube. Tajin rim garnish.

One of my favorite tequila cocktails. I made this with homemade orgeat and it's a bit too sweet. With bottled orgeat, it's perfectly balanced but next time I'd probably half the orgeat. Still perfectly slammable though!
