This is my Brazilian take on the Paper Plane.

22 mL Jequitibá aged-cachaça 22 mL Aperol 22 mL Lemon juice 22 mL San Basile Amaro Stomatico

Amaro Nonino is super expensive here so I used this local amaro that tastes pretty close to it. It’s slightly more bitter and has an intense Cola flavour as well.
