celbrating cinco de mayo with an old original i created a while ago, only now with oaxacan instead of jamaican rum and a few updated specs.

1 and 1/2oz Oaxacan Rum 1/2oz Mezcal 1/4oz Allspice Dram 1/4oz Banana Liqueur 1/2oz Passionfruit Syrup 3/4oz Pineapple Juice 1oz Lime Juice 2 Dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters Whip shake with crushed ice and open pour in snifter glass, garnish with pineapple fronds, cinnamon stick and a heavy angostura bitter float

this cocktail is divine. theres a lot going on in this drink and everything works so damn well together. happy cinco de mayo y’all!
