1.5 oz Tequila 2 oz pineapple juice .75 oz lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.

My first time making this and wow… This is a lot better than I expected! Original recipe calls for 1 oz and I’m glad I punched it up a little, but I’m sure it’s just as good at 1 oz. Very good 7/10. This will not be the last time I make this.
