2 oz Rye, 0.5 oz Benedictine, 2-3 dashes Angostura, stir & strain, cherry garnish.

Ok, so I’m running a few days behind on the Advent of Cocktails after having some dry days and a night out. Catching up now and this sounded like it would be great as I love a Manhattan variant. It was good, but quite spicy and I think I’d have preferred it with a dash of vermouth.
