 | 1oz Whiskey (Bearface Canadian Whiskey) 0.75oz Ruby Port (Sandeman Porto) 0.75oz Lemon Juice 0.5oz Rich Demerara Syrup 1 egg white Instructions: Combine all ingredients in to a shaker.
