1.5 oz cognac, 0.75 oz lime juice, 0.75 oz simple syrup, 0.25 oz Falernum, 3 cucumber slices and 8 mint leaves, muddled. Shake & strain into a glass, add 1 oz ginger beer, and garnish with cucumber and mint.

Very nice, the lime and ginger works well together and they complement the brandy. Impressed how well the cucumber comes through on the tail as well. Very nice.
