I’m Palestinian and have been having fun using Arak from Palestine in cocktails for the beverage program i run. This is my new arak cocktail called Arak the Casbah:

1.25oz Golden Ramallah Arak 1oz Bailey’s Irish Crème 1oz Manly Spirits Coffee Liqueur .5oz Demerara syrup

Whip shake Dump/ crushed ice

garnish with cocoa powder/mint

Tastes like grown up chocolate milk!
