I finally procured all the ingredients for this Death + Co drink my Matthew Belanger and batched it today. I was dying to try the Lemongrass Shochu. I've been obsessed with Vespers lately and this looks like a riff to me. Will let you know how good it is tonight!

1½ ounces Mizu lemongrass shochu ¾ ounce St. George All-Purpose vodka ¾ ounce Cocchi Americano ½ teaspoon Luxardo maraschino liqueur ½ teaspoon kirschwasser 1 dash House Orange Bitters (this page) 1 dash absinthe

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled martini glass. No garnish.
