• • 2 oz Merlet VS Cognac
• • 1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
• • .5 oz G.E Massenez Creme de Cassis de Dijon
• • Barspoon of Lemon Juice
• • Garnish: lemon peel

Stir with ice and strain into chilled cocktail coupe.

Express oil from lemon peel over drink and use the peel as garnish.

We are reaaallly enjoying this drink. My wife said “I’d order this out” which basically means she plans to make it one of her regular cocktails.
