Creme de Mure was a bottle that I needed to add to my bar in preparation for this year’s Advent. And boy, am I glad I did! The liqueur is perfectly sweet and tart and, together with the lemon and simple syrup, provide the perfect foil to the botanicals of gin. I used my preferred Tanqueray No. 10 , as I like what the citrus notes bring to any cocktail. Fantastic start to the celebration!
