The Garibaldi is a refreshing two ingredient cocktail. This drink is mostly attributed with Dante in NYC, but I make it slightly differently since I don't have the same bar equipment and I like my cocktail a bit more sour.

Garibaldi

4 oz of freshly squeezed fluffy orange juice

1.5 oz of Campari

I also added two dashes of 5% citric acid solution.

I shook mine over ice and open poured into a highball glass, but Dante mixes it in the glass. They have a high-speed juicer that makes the orange juice very fluffy. If you have a handheld blender, that might get you close.
