Hello Everyone! Hope y'all are well.

Checking in today to ask for help. I'm a masochist and signed up for a Ramos Gin Fizz Competition, and the tallest "head" wins. Just wanted to see if anyone could pass along some tips that they have to help me be successful.

I'm already making sure that everything is as cold as it can be (glass, club soda, freezing glass after pouring so that the head can solidify), and working quick (competition rules state no more than 7 minutes).

Any and all advice is appreciated! Thank you!
