Passionfruit Margarita with Yuzu Juice and Hibiscus Simple Syrup.

Recipe as follows:

1.5 oz Tequila Reposado .75 oz Lime juice .75 oz Hibiscus Simple Syrup .75 oz Passionfruit liquor (Chinola) .5 oz Orange Liqueur .5 Yuzu Juice

Shake and strain over ice. I rim the glass with Togarashi seasoning and garnish with a dehydrated lime and a few Hibiscus flowers.

We sell a million of these so I do pre-batch the liquors to make it easy on the bartenders.
